booking conditions

	Rates are quoted in South African Rands and are calculated on the basis of the amount of guests occupying an apartment and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.
	Rates are exclusive of breakfast. Apartments are fully equipped and self-catering.
	A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is  due prior or on arrival.
	Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date will forfeit the full deposit. (Refer to Flatrock Suites Cancellation Policy)
	We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
	Personal cheques are accepted provided prior arrangements have been made with management.
	Flatrock Suites reserves the right to amend the rates and rate periods at any time.
	Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in.
